in 1996 to over $20 Million US Dollars by year 2003. Distributing products and
services from manufacturers to resellers across a variety of markets. Our
exceptional distribution infrastructure ensures we can supply technology to
resellers in Lebanon. We have 1 central distribution center with over 3300 SQM
and our industry-leading fill rate and same-day shipping capabilities ensure
that our customers receive their product quickly and accurately. COMTEK SAL has
the largest dealer network in the country.

assembly production in the country ranging from 2000-3000 systems per month, in
addition to being recognized by Intel U.K. as Lebanon
promising brand PC vendor awarding it the ratings “ Intel Premier Provider
and Strategic Partner ” with a 40% share of the PC market.
COMTEK S.A.L. Human resources are the best of talent available within the
Lebanese I.T distribution industry. Our organization structure clarifies our
operation and break-down from top management to the department of Human
resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality Management (ISO in
progress Technical, Electronics and Logistics.
COMTEK S.A.L Technical department is staffed of seven qualified personnel;
their responsibilities are components.
Accounting department is staffed with six personnel with over 12 years
experience in the finance field, from accounts payables, receivables, banking,
collection and auditing.
The Electronics departments has five personnel, headed by two engineers, their
responsibilities are electronics (Monitors, Printers, scanners, MFP products,
etc…). Our quick response to our dealer-partner repair inquiries has enforced a
sound reputation of excellent after sales service.
Our Sales department has eight representatives with over twelve year’s of
combined experience. Our corporate and tender department has tree experienced
sales executives in this domain.
The warehouse and logistics department employs twelve personnel with over 13
years experience in the distribution business. Its fleet consists of ten
delivery trucks that distribute products on a daily basis all over Lebanon to
our 550 dealer-reseller base.
Marketing department is in the process of expansion from two to three people;
their responsibilities are advertising, market research, monitoring financial,
technological, demographic factors leading to market development. Establishing
market conditions suitable for the company business expansion, and profit
growth.
COMTEK S.A.L Human resources monitors data for each employee, training and
development , new hires screening ,overall human resources development. Two
personnel are employed a Human resource delegate and assistant
COMTEK S.A.L is in process of obtaining an ISO certification.
Administrative support has three personnel on staff.
